When you’re desperate for health answers, the internet can be a dangerous place—filled with misinformation that often does more harm than good. I created PharmD Explains, a project or Rated Rx LLC, to be a safe harbor where you can access legitimate, evidence-based information without the guesswork. As a Doctor of Pharmacy with a Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy, I’ve spent years mastering the complexities of medicine so I can filter out the noise. My goal is to increase your health literacy and replace confusion with confidence, providing the facts you need to take charge of your well-being.

While health is a serious matter, I believe education shouldn't be dry or boring. I value explaining things in a fun, accessible way that skips the "uptight" clinical jargon often found in my profession. When I’m not debunking health myths, I’m usually focused on being an active husband and father. My toddler and two dogs keep me on my toes while my wife helps me stay balanced in life. When I need to decompress from the day to day stressors, I strum on my trusty 6-string acoustic guitar.
